Frequently asked questions
How much deposit do I need to pay?
Usually a 1-month rental deposit plus a utility deposit of RM100–RM200. The exact amount is shown on each room page.
What is the minimum rental period?
The standard period is 6 or 12 months. We also offer a 3-month option for internship students in selected areas.
Are utility bills included in the rent?
It depends on the unit. Rooms marked “Utilities Included” already cover water, electricity and WiFi.
Can I view the room first?
Yes. Send an enquiry or WhatsApp us to schedule a viewing, or ask for a video call if you are out of town.
